RETURNS
We're happy to help if you'd like to return your order within 30 days of purchase. After that, unfortunately we're unable to process refunds, exchanges, or credit vouchers. Items marked as "Clearance" are final sales, so we'd recommend taking a moment to choose carefully with these ones.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You have 30 days from your purchase date to return items. They'll need to be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact (including the shoe box). Just a heads up—don't use the shoe box as your shipping packaging. For international orders, we can help with exchanges or returns if your item arrives faulty. Get in touch with our team and we'll sort it out for you.

RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Reach out to our friendly customer support team at info@uggoz.com.au to start your return.
  2. Once we've approved it, we'll send you return instructions and our warehouse address.
  3. Pop a copy of your original purchase order in the package (with your order number, name, and postal address).
  4. This helps us process things smoothly—without it, there might be a bit of a delay.
  5. You'll get an email once we've received your items.
  6. After we've checked everything, we'll issue a gift or credit voucher (valid for 12 months) that you can use on your next purchase.
  7. Refunds are available in special circumstances—just chat with our team and we'll review your request.
  8. We typically prefer store credits as they're quicker to process once your return's approved.

SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Return shipping is on you, along with a small restocking/handling fee of $10 per item (capped at $25 for three or more items). So if you're returning four items, the most you'll pay in restocking fees is $25, plus your shipping costs. For exchanges due to a change of mind, you'll cover the cost of sending back the original item and receiving the replacement. We'd suggest using a courier or postal service with tracking-it just makes things easier for everyone.

RETURN TO SENDER
Occasionally, orders get returned to us if they're not collected from a postal facility. If that happens, you'd be responsible for any postage charges involved in getting it back to us.
