Hand wash in cold/warm water. Apply Ugg Boots Cleaning Spray & Detergent to a soft sponge and clean the entire area evenly. Rinse in cold water. Reshape by stuffing with a towel.

Our footwear is true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up.

If you’ve had uggs before, please don’t rely on your previous size when ordering this style. Sizing can vary between models, styles and collections. We recommend choosing your regular shoe size, or measuring your Barefoot Length and referring to the Size Chart above.

Shipping

We dispatch orders within 24-48 hours (once payment clears). Delivery takes 1-3 business days in metro areas, 3-5 business days in regional areas. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day. Incorrect addresses may cause delays.

Australian shipping costs are based on weight and location. Orders over $100 ship free.

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping – $15
Express International Shipping – $20

Delivery takes 5-8 days plus our standard 24-48 hour dispatch time. Import taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility. All orders ship from our Australian warehouse with tracking provided.
